I'm sure I would have LOVED this die, but Tutti sent me the wrong product instead. I've emailed them once and called twice over the past 2 weeks, leaving a message both times. I have not heard back regarding their error or how they plan to correct it. Needless to say, because of their lackluster customer service, I won't be ordering from them again. It's too bad, really, as their products are quite lovely. Their business practices, however, are another story. If you DO order from them, good luck!
